Real County Public Library's Cowboy Breakfast

Materials Needed:  Sausage eggs, hash browns, coffee, juice, camp bread, homemade jams, country gravy oeo and hot sauce

Approximate Cost:  $500 which is usually covered by sponsors

Items needed:  Several electric skillets, dutch ovens, grill, fire wood, garbage cans, large gravy pot, coffee makers, dispensers for wtrer and juice, cooking utensils, plates, cups, eating utensils, tables, bales of hay, serapes to cover bales of hay, gallon jugs, electric hook up and extension cords

Volunteers:  Cooks, servers, cashiers, clean up
