Project Name:  Christmas Bazaar and Pecan Bake Show

Materials Needed:  Donated handcrafts, baked goods, art projects, flea market items, etc.

Approximate Cost and How Many Produced:  All items were donated. 

Revenue:  $1,400

Instructions:  Friends, Board members, patrons, school groups and local artists produce materials for this project.  This year we plan to host on Homecoming weekend to attract more of a crowd. Vendors can also have booths set up for a donation.  The Pecan Bake Show features different divisions and categories.  Winners receive ribbons, prizes, and are photographed.  The grandprize winner received $50.00 and a plaque.  The baked goods are then sold or auctioned off.  A raffle is also held with donated prizes being given away and a silent auction raises funds as well.
